Federal Entrepreneur Program

The Canadian immigration Entrepreneur Program is designed to attract experienced entrepreneurs who intend to own and actively manage a business in Canada. This Canadian immigration program aims to grow the Canadian economy while also creating new jobs for Canadian citizens and Canadian permanent residents. It should be noted that entrepreneurs intending to live in Quebec are not eligible under this program and should apply under the Quebec Entrepreneur Program.

Immigrant Investor Program

The Immigrant Investor Program is designed to attract qualified business people who are able to contribute to Canada’s growth by making a significant investment into Canada’s economy. Investors who meet all the requirements of this Canadian immigration program, along with their immediate family members, may obtain their Canadian permanent resident visas (so long as they are not found inadmissible for medical or security reasons).

Self-Employed Persons Program

This Canadian immigration Self-Employed Program is designed to attract those applicants who intend and are able to become self-employed in Canada. Self-employed persons who intend to live in Quebec are not eligible under this program and should apply under the Quebec Self-Employed Program.

Entrepreneur Start-Up Visa Program – Business Immigration to Canada

The Entrepreneur Start-Up Visa Program is a new Canadian immigration pilot project and is the first of its kind in the world. The Start-Up Visa Program links successful applicants with private sector organizations in Canada who are able to provide funding as well as guidance and their expertise on establishing and operating a business in Canada. Successful applicants under this new Canadian immigration program will be granted their Canadian permanent residency.
